At 20 years old, Travis Peltz is an avid outdoor photographer with the love for the outdoors and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the shot. He is extremely persistent in learning all aspects of photography. His favorite types of photography include: landscapes, mammals, and birds. When he isn’t developing photography gear for Essential Photo Gear, he is pursuing his passion of outdoor photography. Travis considers his dad and the late Steve Jobs as his biggest inspirations. He strongly believes that an image should not only capture the beauty of the subject, but also the energy and emotions felt when the image was captured. In his eyes, a great image is one that can effortlessly move people and make them feel as if they were really there. Travis lives in Rogers City, Michigan.
